How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks before your desired start date for local projects. For larger builds or remote projects, 2-3 months lead time is ideal. That said, we always do our best to accommodate urgent needs.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Absolutely. We manage the entire permitting process with the District of North Vancouver, City of Vancouver, or whichever municipality your project falls under. We coordinate all required inspections as well.
What does “remote builds” mean?
We specialize in construction projects in remote or hard-to-access locations throughout BC — from island properties only reachable by boat to mountain retreats accessible by logging road. We handle all logistics including material transport and crew accommodation.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We provide complimentary on-site consultations and detailed written estimates for all local projects. For remote projects, we'll discuss scope over the phone or video call first, then arrange a site visit if needed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and carry comprehensive general liability and WorkSafe BC coverage. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
